  1. How to reduce the stress?
    In odder to reduce the stress we ought to know the reasons of stress. There are a lot of reasons, for example: work-problems, financial-problems, complicated situation at home, bad relationship, disability of having a rest and so on. I can give advice of reducing the stress: try to relax, calm and pleasure music, to make long distance between you and your problems (don’t be so serious), to calm down and to use special techniques: special exercises on breathing and psychological techniques.
    Expressions which help to reduce the stress: “Everything has its end!”; “All people go through stress, you are not unique”; “Don’t pile everything all together!”
